Shipping and delivery is performed throughout Italy as well as to the countries belonging to the European Community.

Shipping to Campione d’Italia and Livigno are excluded.

No deliveries are made to post boxes.

As regards orders coming from countries outside the EU, there follows a list of countries delivered to.

At the current time, we do not ship to countries other than those indicated above. We can only assess orders coming from other countries after having verified the feasibility with our current couriers (Bartolini – SDA- CRONO). We reserve the right to refuse your request if there is an effective impossibility.

In the event of the products having to be delivered to a country not belonging to the European Union, the total amount indicated in the purchase order and in the order confirmation communication, including any indirect taxation, does not include customs duty, or any other sales tax: they must be paid by the consumer, in addition to the total amount due, according to the legal provisions of the country to which the products will be delivered. Any other cost, tax, duty that a country may apply, for any reason, to the products ordered on the site, will be at the consumer's expense. In view of this, the consumer is obliged to consult the competent authorities of the country where the products are to be sent in order to obtain information on any duty or taxes applied.

Not knowing the costs, charges, duty, taxes and fees applied in the country where the purchased product will be delivered may not constitute a reason for terminating the sales contract and these amounts may not in any way be charged to the seller.

SHIPPING COSTS AND DELIVERY TIMES:

ITALY

STANDARD SINGLE PACKAGE SHIPMENT: 7.10 EURO - Delivery within 5 working days.

STANDARD MULTI-PACKAGE SHIPMENT: The cost will be applied by the V.L. staff on the basis of the quantity of the order made. - Delivery within 5 working days.

If some products should not be available due to stock changes, the delivery will not be made before 15 working days.

ABROAD:

STANDARD SINGLE PACKAGE SHIPMENT: See fee applied to your order. - Delivery within 20/30 working days.

STANDARD MULTI-PACKAGE SHIPMENT: The cost will be applied by the V.L. staff on the basisof the quantity of the order made. - Delivery within 20/30 working days.

You will receive confirmation of your order by email.

After our staff has processed the order to make the shipment, you will receive an email communication directly from our courier indicating the tracking number so that you can track the shipment.

The delivery times are reported in the above table and are indicative on the basis of warehouse movements.

The courier delivers from Monday to Friday in office hours from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm and cannot make appointments. Saturdays, Sundays and Bank holidays are not considered working days.

Deliveries are not made on Saturdays.

The courier will attempt to deliver the package for two consecutive working days, each time leaving a notice of attempted delivery. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, the shipment will be stored and any additional costs for not picking up the package will be at your expense.
