A hassle-free procedure for you:

You can return the purchased products within no more than 14 days from the delivery date of your order by sending an email to: customercare@victorialondon.eu in which you will indicate the Order ID and the requested information.

The right to withdrawal may only be exercised by you and not by the recipient of the item sent as a gift.

Any products you should wish to return must be in the same condition as when they were received including the item identification tag.

Article 67 of the Consumer Code envisages that the basic integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.

Attention!

The company reserves the right to refuse any returns and reimbursements in the following cases:

• 1. Items returned after the envisaged time (14 days from the delivery date of your order)
• 2. Sending the email to Modalifestyle S.a.s. more than 14 days from the delivery date of your order
• 3. Damaged items and/or those without the item identification tag and/or not put in their original package and packing

The company will prepare the shipping with our courier, sending an email to your address to give you details for collection.

In the email, remember to indicate or confirm the correct address where the goods will be collected from.

The cost of collection will be at your expense in the following cases:

• 1. Exercising the right of withdrawal. We will reimburse the amount of the goods returned minus the shipping costs incurred for the Return.
• 2. Request for changing the size or colour of the same item. We will reimburse the amount of the goods returned minus the shipping costs incurred for the Return.
• 3. If you decide to use a courier chosen by you.

In this case Modalifestyle S.a.s. declines any responsibility for any theft or loss.

The cost of with drawal will be at our expense in the event of requesting the replacement or return of an item found to be defective at the origin.

If the returned product does not satisfy the above indicated conditions, we will return the package without any reimbursement by Modalifestyle S.a.s.

REPLACING AN ITEM

The request for replacement must be sent to the company by and no later than 14 days from the delivery date of your order by sending an email to: customercare@victorialondon.eu.

It is only possible to ask for a change of goods for a change of size or colour of the same item.

In this case too, the item to be returned must be in the same condition as it was when received, including the identification tag and its original package and packing.

The shipping procedure and conditions are the same as those envisaged for returns.

REIMBURSEMENTS

CREDIT CARD – DEBIT CARD: The visualisation time of the reimbursement depends on the times envisaged by the institute issuing the card.

PAYPAL: Your account will be credited within 15 days from our sending the confirmation email. Modalifestyle S.a.s. declines any responsibility for any delays or omissions in crediting the reimbursed amount. To dispute this, the purchaser will have to contact PayPal directly.

BANK DRAFT: The availability of the reimbursement on your account depends on the times envisaged by your bank.
